Just wanted
to say I think it's a great thing you guys are doing. Someone finally stepping up and organizing against these guys. Seems
like these guys come up with a different story every month as to why they "have to" increase gas prices. Gas shortage my arse,
they've got thousands of barrels of gas sitting in storage for crying out loud, these guys aren't idiots. What someone really
needs to do is come up with an alternative fuel for our existing vehicles. I'd love nothing more than to run them out of business. |

I PAY TOO MUCH
FOR GAS. MAYBE WE SHOULD ALL STOP PAYING TAXES AS WELL IF THE GOVERNMENT DOESN'T THINK WE MEAN BUSINESS. I'M SICK OF THIS.

I am so impressed
by your bold initiative. I know how difficult it could get to win such a battle with huge and rich (thanks to our money) oil
companies. But still it is a promising begining. You would at least expose their insatiable voracity in ripping hard working
citizens with their insanely massive profit margin. |

We done it in Scotland a few years ago, and within a couple of days the Boycotted petrol station "Had to Bring the price down
to get customers, then the others followed. Good Luck. |

The revolution
starts here. We want it to be known that "WE ARE MAD AS HELL AND WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANY MORE". We should all go to
our windows and doors and yell that wonderfull line as told by the late great actor Peter Finch from the movie Network. All
we can say is that we are fed up always paying high prices for gas and the tax on the gas kills too. I feel sorry for the
population when the price of home heating fuel and natural heating gas will go up. And then when we go to BBQ are they going
to put up the price of propane higher, where will it end? I will comply with the boycott, I only hope that most Canadaians
who say they are going to comply are not just giving lip service and renege as Canadaians usually do! After all it is the
Canadian way to complain about something then do nothing. So Canada get off your ass and do something! |

No matter what
the excuse from the major oil companies, a small fire in one of six major refineries in Southern Ontario, does not justify
the price of gas today. Nor does the problem of shipping the gas to the distributers or even the CN strike. Since CP Rail
is still going full strength. My conclusion is we are being gouged to boost their quarterly profits and our governmment sits
back and collects the tax of the higher price and will do NOTHING to curbor cap the price at the pump. Can someone tell me,
why, the canadian tire gas station across the road from my house and other gas stations in this city can drop their price
late evening through the night, and jack it back up 5-6 o'clock in the morning to catch the rush hour?!? I would like a reasonable
explaination, or a sensible explaination why they can get away with this. They might as well stick a gun in your head. For
this is extortion. |
